Account Management & Security

• Each account is for one individual; there is no restriction on the number of devices it can be used on.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to 1 xbit support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is fully responsible for all activity on their account.
• 1 xbit may temporarily suspend an account in the event of any suspicious activity.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at 1 xbit. Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts or for security-related reasons. If verification is not completed, withdrawals above a certain limit may be temporarily placed on hold.

Betting Rules

There are a few fundamental rules that all members must follow when betting on 1 xbit. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• 1 xbit reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

• Both single and multiple bets are accepted.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a match or event, the decision of 1 xbit authorities will be final. If evidence of match-fixing or score manipulation is found, the bets in question will be voided.

Payment & Transaction Terms

All payment activity on 1 xbit is handled securely and transparently. Multiple payment methods are supported, including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (may vary by payment method).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• KYC verification is required for large withdrawals.
• Only the account holder may withdraw funds from their account.
• There are no hidden charges on transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• A Wagering Requirement applies to each bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

Account Closure & Suspension

An account may be closed by either party — the member or 1 xbit. 1 xbit may unilaterally close an account under the following circumstances:

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• When required for legal reasons or by order of a regulatory authority.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, your balance may not be refunded.
